Certificate in Child Care and Development (CCCD)
Objectives :
• To educate large number of female youths/women through
Gujarati medium in the field of
female education in the state.
• To provide human resources for child development.
• To provide equal opportunities for education of higher
quality for the child care.
• To provide opportunities of proper education
to the in-service employees of the public,
private
and co-operative sectors.
Eligibility :
10+2 or equivalent examination passed. Equivalence does not
include I.T.I. training certificate course.
Structure of the Course :
There will be three subjects containing 20 credits.

Evaluation
:
Term End Examination : (8 Credit : 100 Marks, 4 Credit : 50
Marks) (Weightage 100%)
• Student will have to appear after the end of six months.
• If he/she does not succeed in the term end examination, he
will have to appear for the
concerned subjects within the period of two years at his own
convenience.
• If he/she does not complete his course
successfully within the period of two years,
he/she will
have to register his/her name again and pay the prescribed amount
of fees
again.
Standard Of Success
:
For the successful completion of the course, every student will
have to secure at least 36% marks in each subject.
