Objectives :

To educate number of people about computer.

To extend ultra modern technology to the rural and remote areas of
the state for
modernization.
·
To provide equality of opportunities for learning computer of
higher quality through
Gujarati
Medium.
·
To develop educated human resources through computer education in
rural areas.
·
To provide opportunity of computer education to the present day in
service employees
employed in public and private sectors.
Eligibility :
10 + 2 or equivalent ,examination Passed Equivalence does not
include ITI Training certificate.
Structure of the Course :
There five subjects carrying 20 credits in this course. They are
as follows

Practical Work
:
Proper arrangement is made for the direct experience of the
practical work of 40 hrs. on computer for each student at the
prescribed study centers in the state.
Evaluation
:
(4 Credit : 50 Marks)
(Weightage
100%)

Students will be allowed to appear in the term end examination at
the end of the period
of six
months.
·
If he/she fails in the term end examination he/she will be allowed
to be appear in the
term
end
examination within the period of two years.
·
The students failing to complete his course successfully within
two years he/she will have
to
register his/her name again and pay the prescribed amount of fees.
· Term
end examination can evaluate the students through computer and/or
through any
person.
Standard Of Success
:
Every student is expected to get through the term end examination
with 50% marks in total.
